Buying your freehold
If you are ready to buy the freehold of your building through collective enfranchisement, look no further. We offer a fixed fee service with a clear pricing structure based on the number of participating flats. No VAT and no hidden fees.
Collective enfranchisement is the ultimate form of flat ownership. A share of freehold gives you control over the management of your service charge and maintenance of your building, along with the opportunity to grant yourselves 999 year lease extensions.
Your case will be handled by an experienced leasehold solicitor, who will guide you through the process step by step.
Our fixed fee legal costs to buy the freehold are simple, we charge based on the number of participating flats; for example 2 flats would be £1900, 3 flats £2750 and so on.
We can also handle your 999 year lease extension once we have completed your freehold purchase. Our costs of this following freehold enfranchisement are £650 per flat, inclusive of all Land Registry fees (but note that some lenders require separate representation, incurring a cost that is outside of our control).
