2 flats - £950
3 flats £1350
4 flats or more - £400 per participating flat

Preparation of section 13 claim notice
Liaising with valuer/surveyor over offer amount to be included in claim notice
Service on the freeholder

Receipt of counter notice from freeholders solicitors
Review and negotiation of draft freehold transfer deed
Raising pre-completion enquiries such as surrounding the service charge account balance and any arrears of service charge or ground rent.
Keeping a constant eye on statutory deadlines
Arranging completion, gathering in funds, carrying out pre completion searches and registering the freehold purchase at the Land Registry
