We offer a fixed legal fee of £1495 plus VAT (20 %) to assist you with a statutory lease extension. This is your right to add 90 years to your lease and replace your ground rent with a peppercorn rent (nil) by serving a section 42 notice on the freeholder.
This is a legal right that cannot be denied by your freeholder provided the correct process is followed. The advantage over informal negotiations with your freeholder is that the formal process has a fixed timeline.
