Our fee for the legal work is based on the number of flats participating. No VAT is charged on our services. This fee includes everything to get you to completion ( Land Registry fees, registration fees, ID/AML checks and all postage costs).
There are no hidden fees added to your bill and we do not charge VAT, instantly saving you 20% as against other firms.
